Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. Gabriel place was exactly how it was described. It was very funky and modern, the neighborhood was right near the water and very safe. We would recommend this place anytime. Wonderful stay, Gabriel was helpful from the moment we booked.

Great spot and well maintained

Gabe and Jon were great hosts. They had clear instructions, were very responsive, and were proactive about addressing even small issues - they delivered batteries the next day when the ones in the remote had died. The place was clean, comfy, and well-organized. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 young kids and had a very nice visit, despite the unusual cold in the city while we were there. We had a car, and parked overnight in the garage that Gabe and Jon recommended - a brief ~6 minute walk away, $34/night. This might not be the best place for sensitive sleepers. Based on other comments, we brought white noise machines which helped a lot with the street noise, but footsteps from the upstairs neighbors woke us up each morning. Would absolutely recommend Gabe and Jon to host your stay!

The home was beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably clean, with a stunning kitchen and bathroom. I’ll definitely rent it again in the future! Located in a safe area of Philly, the neighborhood offers plenty of things to do. However, light sleepers might find it a bit noisy at times.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. The neighborhood seemed safe and the apartment was easy to get to. Gabriel was an awesome host and very responsive with communication. We'd stay here again!
